Recognized around the world as one of the most iconic and beloved symbols of Australia, the kangaroo is featured on the reverse of the coin, mid-leap in the center of a radiating design. The coin is the design of Dr. Stuart Devlin and is the first bullion coin from the Perth Mint. The obverse is a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II.

Coin Features

  • Self-directed IRA eligible (additional paperwork required – ask your specialist for details)
  • Each coin is 1 Troy oz. of .9999 fine silver
  • Brilliant Uncirculated condition
  • First bullion coin from the Perth Mint in Australia
  • The red kangaroo is the largest marsupial in the world. Other types of kangaroo include the eastern grey, western grey, and antilopine. All are found in Australia and New Guinea. Although kangaroos can jump up to three times their height, their legs don’t allow them to walk backwards. While some know that a baby kangaroo is a joey, most do not know that a group of kangaroos is considered a mob.

Each coin contains 1 Troy oz of .9999 fine silver and will arrive in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Orders of 250 will be shipped in a mini monster box.

The U.S. Gold Bureau offers other silver coins from around the world. Consider the Silver Canadian Maple Leaf, Silver Philharmonic, and Silver Britannia as a way to add silver coins to your investment portfolio. We also offer gold, palladium, and platinum coins, Investment Grade Coins, as well as Investment Grade Diamonds.
